Hierdie gerieflike selfsorg vakansie-eenheid het 2 slaapkamers en ‘n oopplan sit/eet/kombuis-ruimte met ‘n TV. Daar is ‘n dubbelbed in een kamer en 2 enkelbeddens in die ander kamer. Een volledige badkamer met ‘n bad en so ook ‘n stort word gedeel. Beddegoed word voorsien, maar nie handdoeke nie.

Die kombuis is tenvolle toegerus vir selfsorg met al die nodige implemente en toebehore. Dit sluit in ‘n yskas/vrieskas, 4-plaat stoof sonder oond en mikrogolfoond. So ook ‘n ketel, broodrooster, yster en strykplank. Daar is ook ‘n lapa en braaiplek, ‘n balkon asook parkering op die perseel.
