Nardos Pizza Stilbaai

This all Italian pizzeria and takeaway restaurant is in the Fynbos Centre in Still Bay. On the corner of Main Road West and Buitekant Street offering customers its traditional wood-fired pizzas and fresh ciabatta bread. Made with top quality ingredients, imported mozzarella cheese as well as Eureka unbleached stone-ground flour. This family-run establishment makes use of traditional Italian techniques of making pizza.

They have learned these techniques from Italian restaurateur Bernardo from Trattoria Napoli in Fish Hoek, Cape Town. Nardos Pizza is a cosy shop with a high roof with open green rafters from which red lights are hanging. The lampshades are upside down buckets painted red to match the red, black and white tables, chairs as well as the red counter.

Nardos Pizza in die Fynbossentrum in Stilbaai

Hierdie Italiaanse pizzaplek en wegneemete-restaurant is in die Fynbossentrum in Stilbaai. Op die hoek van Buitekantstraat en Hoofwegwes en bied kliënte tradisionele houtvuur pizzas en so ook ciabatta brood. Die familiebesigheid maak gebruik van tradisionele Italiaanse tegnieke in die maak van hulle pizzas.

Hulle plekkie het ‘n hoë dak met oop groengeverfde balke waaraan rooi ligte hang. Die skerms van die ligte is rooigeverfde emmers wat onderstebo om die gloeilampe hang. Dit pas mooi aan by die rooi, swart en wit tafels en stoele en so ook die rooi toonbank. Net die plek vir ‘n honger klant om ‘n heerlike maaltyd in die hande te kry.
