It sits in a park-like area full of trees and lots of bird-life – perfect for family getaways and bird-watching enthusiasts. They offer accommodation such as self-catering chalets and caravan and tent camping.

Self-catering Chalets (3 star)

The chalets sleep either 2, 4, 5, 6 or 8 persons with double as well as single beds and also a bathroom with a shower/bath. They are individually designed with an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with a TV (local channels SABC & ETV). Likewise each chalet has a stoep and a braai/barbecue facility. The self-catering kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, toaster and kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. They supply bed-linen and bath towels, but you have to supply your own pool towels and beach towels.

Caravan and Camping Sites

The resort has a lot of trees and camp sites are well grassed and shady with electrical points as well as braai places. The camping sites are suitable for all types of camping such as caravans, tents and RVs (recreational vehicles) and are 8m X 10m. A maximum of 6 people (babies also count), 1 caravan with side tent as well as 1 car are allowed per site.

There are scullery basins as well as laundry basins in the ablutions area which have hot water 24/7. They also provide lines for hanging out your laundry.

Die omgewing is boomryk met baie voëls – perfek vir familievakansies en so ook vir entoesiastiese voëlkykers. Hierdie 3-ster oord is maklik een van die mooiste kampeerterreine in die Wes-Kaap sowel as die hele Suid-Afrika.

Selfsorg Chalets

Die chalets wissel tussen 2, 4, 5, 6 en 8 persone per chalet en het dubbelbeddens en so ook enkelbeddens met badkamer met stort/bad. Daar is ook ‘n oopplan leef/eet/kombuisarea en ‘n TV met plaaslike kanale (SAUK & ETV). So het elke chalet ook ‘n eie stoep en braaiplek. Die selfsorg kombuis is toegerus met ‘n yskas, mikrogolf, gasstoof, broodrooster en ketel en so ook breekgoed en messegoed. Hulle voorsien bedlinne en badhanddoeke, maar jy moet jou eie swemhanddoeke saambring.

Daar is nie skoonmaakdiens by die chalets nie en troeteldiere word nie toegelaat nie.

Karavaan en Kampeerstaanplekke

Die oord het baie bome en die staanplekke is goed begras en skaduryk met elektriese punte en so ook braaiplekke. Die staanplekke is reg vir alle tipes kampering soos karavane, tente en RV’s en is 8m X 10m. Slegs 6 persone, een karavaan met sytent en een motor word per staanplek toegelaat. Geen plastiek grondseile word toegelaat nie.

Daar is opwasbakke en so ook wasgoedwasbakke in die ablusiearea wat 24/7 warm water het. So is daar ook wasgoeddrade om jou wasgoed op te hang. Geen wasgoedlyne mag tussen bome en tente of karavane gespan word nie. So word ook geen troeteldiere toegelaat nie.
