ArendsRus Country Lodge – Guest Accommodation

Five en-suite double rooms and one honeymoon en-suite room offers stylish accommodation to any traveler. All rooms comes standard with en-suite bath and shower facilities and a toilet friend system for an added luxury. Tea/Coffee stations, in-room telephones, clock radio, heating, ceiling fans, 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets for ultimate luxury and bathroom gift packs will ensure the comfort of our guests. We provide added extra’s in the room such as extra blankets, electronic hot water bottles, an umbrella, a flash light and a hair dryer to make sure our guests have all they need. Upon arrival our guests can enjoy a glass of sherry, chocolates and fresh fruit to help make them feel at home. We also have laundry and room service available.

Set in the fynbos gardens with glorious views, bird watching from each balcony is an added relaxation. If you would prefer to have a beautiful view to look at while enjoying your meal we provided two comfortable chairs and a table on all your balconies. The wooden cabin design gives a feel that you are truly somewhere in the wilderness.

There is also a shared lounge area with a Flat Screen TV, a DVD Player and full DSTV for our lodge guests to enjoy and is accessible 24 hours of the day. Here you can relax, listen to music, have a coffee, read a book from our personal collection or keep an eye on the little ones while they enjoy themselves in the swimming pool. We also have a selection of board and card games for our guests to enjoy.

ArendsRus Country Lodge was nominated at the Sanlam Top Destination Awards 3 years in a row. In 2015 we were voted as a finalist in our category. As for 2016, we took home the trophy! Now in 2017 we are in the running again. We were voted the Top Destination in the three star category for Hotels in South Africa in 2016. We also received a Certificate of Excellence in 2016 from AccommoDirect.com. This certificate was given based on our listing achieving Gold Prestige Status.

NOTE : Breakfast is included in your overnight stay and we have a great selection of breakfast options to choose from.

Breakfast is served from 7h30 to 10h00. Should you be leaving early and miss breakfast, we happily supply you with a breakfast on the go packet.
As an extra you can have Dinner at our Restaurant as well. The restaurant is open for dinner from 17h00 to 19h30. Last orders will be taken at 18h30.

Book our weavers cottage for your family and enjoy a 2 bedroom cabin with a King size bed and two single beds. It features 2 bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The Living room at the Arendsrus Country Lodge features a flatscreen TV with Open View HD channels and a DVD Player.
