Flip Flop Inn with its warm knotty pine ceilings is the third house from the top of a rather steep hill. In Jongensfontein, a picture pretty, usually quiet seaside holiday town in the Hessequa area in the Western Cape Garden Route. Jogging up and down the hills, so characteristic of this village, is guaranteed to shape you up remarkably fast!

Not much in the line of business is going on in this exquisite little village along a stretch of rocky shore. This is due to the fact that a great number of houses are used as holiday homes, leaving only a handful of permanent residents. These people mostly travel to nearby Stilbaai (some 9 km away) for business purposes, including fuel, medical care and banking.

There is, though, a restaurant with a small bottle store, and a small grocery store. In spite of this, people return to Jongensfontein year after year to enjoy the natural beauty. Not to mention the great fishing spots, lovely natural tidal pool and perfect waves for surfing as well as the 9 hole golf course.

Kitchen

Guests have access to a fully equipped self-catering kitchen containing a microwave oven along with a large electric stove with an oven. Also a fridge-freezer combo, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils as well as a dishwasher.

Between the braai/dining room and the kitchen, is a large opening in the wall, thus enabling easy communication between the two rooms.
