Situated within a quiet residential area, Long Story offers a peaceful and inspiring feel brought together through creative elements designed and manufactured by local artisans. There are four luxury en-suite bedrooms and off street parking is available. All our rooms are equipped with complimentary Nespresso Coffee, Light Mini Bar, Eco-Friendly Heated Towel Rails, Fine Quality Linen & Beach Towels, Personal Safes, Ceiling Fans , Heaters & all open up onto their own private porch with Garden View.

Dining

With an open plan, country style kitchen, the aspect of food is celebrated and only the freshest, seasonal and where possible, local ingredients are used in the preparation of meals.

Good breakfast is what its all about here at Long Story! Our breakfasts are served out one the garden porch on sunny days and on rainy days next to the fire place of our kitchen snug. Guests can enjoy a choice of continental breakfast boards or from our hot breakfast menu.

Dinner can be prepared by Chef Meg by arrangement.

Cook & Stay

We don’t call what we offer cooking classes, since there is no formal curriculum. We don’t call them demonstrations, since guests share in the cooking rather than just observing. Rather, the experiences are based on the concept where guests stay overnight and join us in the preparation & enjoyment of a sit down feast. A chance to share in passions, get a taste of cooking and come away with new ideas, recipes, new friends and of course a new chapter to your story!
