Take a stroll through the lush, indigenous, lower-garden that provides direct private access to the beach.

With four en-suite bedrooms and an additional TV room/5th bedroom, this stylish family home can accommodate 10 – 12 people. A large, open-plan dining room and kitchen stocked with Le Creuset cookware, inspire easy entertaining. Surrounded by the lush garden is the award-winning, infinity-edged swimming pool and outdoor dining area. With a  covered bar counter with both a charcoal and gas BBQ’s and a pizza oven. This makes an outstanding place to relax with family and friends.

Entrance Level

Accessed from the living room or dining room, the covered balcony offers additional dining space overlooking the garden and lagoon. Stairs lead to the garden and pool area

Bedroom One is air-conditioned and features a TV, safe, king-size extra-length bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Enjoy the lovely lagoon, pool and garden views from the private balcony with coffee table and chairs.

Ground Level/Garden & Pool Level

Bedroom Two is air-conditioned and features a TV, safe, king-size extra-length bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The room offers lagoon, pool and garden views and a small covered balcony leading directly onto the decked swimming pool area and garden.

Bedroom Three is en-suite and offers a king-size bed, safe, TV, walk-in wardrobe and air-conditioning. A study and small separate lounge area can accommodate a child on the pull-out sofa bed. This room has lagoon, pool and garden views, and large glass sliding doors provide garden and pool access. A separate, interconnecting toilet and bidet room is accessible from the bathroom or study.

Bedroom Four is en-suite and offers a king-size extra-length bed, safe, TV, generous wardrobe space and air-conditioning. This room has lagoon, pool and garden views, and a small covered balcony leads directly onto the decked swimming pool area and garden.
