Self-catering accommodation for two in the quiet Kloofsig area in the growing little coastal town of Still Bay. In the Western Cape along the Garden Route. Sitting up on the hill which allows for fabulous views over fynbos, all the way to the river and the sea in the background. Being in a residential area, traffic is limited, but birdsong and other natural sounds are the only noise.

A number of shops, restaurants and other amenities are within 2 km from The Owl House. The two blue flag beaches, one the western side and the other on the eastern side of the Goukou River, are a mere 5 km drive away. The very accommodating and friendly owners also live on the premises, thus information, as well as help in emergencies, are at hand.

This self-catering accommodation comes in the form of a 35 m² flatlet on the first floor of the residence. It offers room for 2 guests (adults only). There is one deluxe bedroom with a large double bed and built-in cupboards, a bathroom with shower only, as well as an open-plan lounge/kitchen area.

There is a flat screen TV with selected satellite channels and a DVD player as well as a work desk in the lounge area. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

A wide variety of Water Sports for the water sport enthusiasts such as swimming, paddling, surfing and water skiing.
Nature lovers can enjoy bird-watching, hiking, mountain biking, game drives in the area, as well as whale watching in the winter.
For the curious there are various places to visit such as the ancient fish traps and the shell middens of the ancient people. Also the Blombos Museum of Archaeology, the indigenous garden ‘Tuin op die Brak’ as well as the feeding of the eels. Visit the cheese-producing farm, Kasselshoop or also the local gin distillery for a taste of their gin.
Still Bay also boasts a lovely golf course, bowling green, tennis courts, squash courts as well as jukskei and chess.

Hierdie selfsorg akkommodasie is ‘n klein woonstelletjie (35 m² ) op die eerste vloer van die eienaars se woonhuis. Daar is een slaapkamer met ‘n groot dubbelbed en ingeboude kaste, ‘n badkamer met slegs ‘n stort en so ook ‘n oopplan leefarea/kombuisie.

Daar is ‘n platskerm TV met sekere satellietkanale, ‘n DVD-speler en so ook ‘n lessenaar in die leefruimte. Die klein kombuisie het ‘n mini-yskassie, mikrogolfoond,ketel en broodrooster.
