Thule Plettenberg Bay Self Catering Accommodation

A two storey self-catering coastal holiday house for 8 in Plettenberg Bay and built against a slope. It has a large balcony offering splendid views of the garden, the Keurbooms Lagoon as well as Lookout Beach and the ocean. Also the Tsitsikamma mountains in the distance. On the N2 route through the far eastern part of the Western Cape Province, South Africa, as well as a special part of the Garden Route.

We have a palisade fence around the property with a security gate for vehicles to enter and there is also a private beach access gate. From the balcony on the upper level of the house starts a walkway with handrails on both sides. Halfway down this walkway, under a large tree is a wooden deck where one can relax with a book (or for a rest!) The walkway proceeds from there winding further and further down the slope to the private beach access gate.

For your comfort and to welcome you, there will be fresh milk, tea, ground coffee as well as sugar waiting for you upon your arrival.

Accommodation at Thule Self Catering Plettenberg Bay

This large family holiday home has 4 bedrooms and can very comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

The very spacious main bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed with bed lamps and also built-in cupboards. There is a sofa with lots of space to spare as well as large windows offering priceless views.

The other 3 bedrooms are all on the ground level. The 2nd room is enormous and features a double bed, built-in cupboards and bookshelves and also bed lamps. There is a fireplace and space enough for another single bed. Large windows and glass sliding doors almost completely covers the front wall allowing lots of light to penetrate the room. These windows and doors have Trellidor security barriers.

The 3rd room is slight bigger than the 4th, but apart from that the rooms both have 2 single beds as well as reading lamps, cupboards and also large windows.

There is a dining area on the upper level between the living room and the kitchen which opens onto a large undercover balcony. The spacious living room with its comfortable furniture also opens onto the balcony by means of a large glass sliding door. There is a fireplace with a huge mirror on the wall above the fireplace. From the balcony one can enjoy the vast views of the lagoon, the beach as well as the distant mountains. In good weather, this is a perfect setting for a meal or a cocktail.

The kitchen is of course fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, stove with oven, microwave as well as a dishwasher. Also a kettle, toaster, bread holder, large wall clock, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils as well as a double sink and an iron.

Hierdie dubbelverdieping selfsorg-kusvakansiehuis vir 8 in Plettenbergbaai is teen ‘n helling gebou. Daar is ‘n groot balkon op die boonste vlak met ‘n uitstekende uitsig oor die Keurboomsrivier, Uitkykstrand en so ook die oseaan. In die verte kan jy ook die Tsitsikammaberge sien.

Daar is ‘n palisadeheining met ‘n motorhek om die eiendom en so ook is daar ‘n private toegangshek tot die strand. Van die balkon af is daar ‘n geboude wandelpad met handrelings wat jou teen die helling aflei. So halfpad ondertoe word die wandelpaadjie onderbreek deur ‘n houtdek in die skadu van ‘n groot boom. Die paadjie voer jou al verder en verder ondertoe tot by die private toegangshek.

Vir jou gerief en om jou welkom te heet, sal daar vars melk, tee, koffie en so ook suiker op jou wag by jou aankoms.

Hierdie groot vakansieverhuring in Plettenbergbaai het 4 slaapkamers wat 8 persone uiters gemaklik kan huisves.

Die baie ruim hoofslaapkamer is op die boonste vlak en het ‘n dubbelbed met bedlampies en so ook ingeboude kaste. Daar is ook ‘n sofa en die kamer het groot vensters wat baie lig inlaat en so ook ‘n lieflike uitsig bied. Die ander drie kamers is almal op die grondvlak.

Die 2de kamer is enorm met ‘n dubbelbed, ingeboude kaste en boekrakke, bedlampies en so ook ‘n kaggel met genoeg ruimte vir nog ‘n enkelbed. Omtrent die hele buitemuur bestaan uit vensters en so ook skuifdeure van glas wat beskerm word deur Trellidor veiligheidsversperrings. Behalwe dat die 3de kamer effens groter is as die 4de een, het albei twee enkelbeddens, leeslampies, kaste en so ook groot vensters.

Daar is ‘n eetvertrek op die boonste vlak tussen die sitkamer en die kombuis wat oopmaak op ‘n groot balkon. Die sitkamer het ‘n kaggel en so ook groot vensters en glasskuifdeure wat ook oopmaak op die balkon met ‘n asemrowende uitsig.

So is daar natuurlik ook ‘n volledig-toegeruste kombuis vir selfsorg met ‘n yskas, stoof met oond, mikrogolfoond en ‘n skottelgoedwasser. So ook ‘n ketel, broodrooster, broodhouer, muurhorlosie, messegoed, breekgoed, potte en panne en ook ‘n yster en dubbele opwasbak.
