Policies

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum of one night, is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel.

Our Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations between 8 & 30 days prior to arrival will result in 25% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.

And Cancellations between 7 & 5 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.

Any Cancellations within 4 days of arrival will result in 100% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.

Peak Season cancellations (18 December to 10 January) within 45 days of arrival will result in 100% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.

Premature departures may be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.

Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.

Child Policy

Tsala Treetop Suites welcomes all children 10 years and older and 8 years and older in the Villas but this subject to the occupancy of the lodge.
