Self-catering holiday accommodation in a large, comfortable, upmarket house on top of Signal Hill. In Plettenberg Bay on the N2 route along the lovely Garden Route in the Western Cape, South Africa. Offering a phenomenal 270° view over the bay as well as Robberg. Within walking distance from the main street with its shops as well as restaurants and good for big groups sleeping 10 guests.

This white and grey house with lots of windows is built on two levels on a slope. Access to the house is by means of steps from the front entrance leading through the large private garden. This pathway is of course well lit at night. There is a patch of paving in the lawn under a tree with garden furniture where one can enjoy the peace as well as fresh sea breeze.

The bottom part of the walls is built of stone which lends a sturdy look to the house. The interior space has wooden floors and is elegantly and tastefully decorated with a lot of white complimented by soft colours. This provides the house with a clean bright look and feel.

For your comfort fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar as well as complimentary toiletries will be waiting for you on your arrival. You will also be welcomed personally and the hostess will be available 24/7 to assist with any problems you might encounter.

This self-catering holiday home is perfect for a big family with its 5 bedrooms all in all sleeping 10 people.

Two of the bedrooms in the main house have double beds while the other one has 2 single beds, allowing for 6 guests in the main house. The other 2 bedrooms are in the flatlets on the lower level each with 2 single beds. There are also 2.5 bathrooms.

The house has two living areas as well as two dining areas. One living area has a flat screen TV, fire-place, bookshelf with books, and is next to a dining area in an open plan set-up. The other living area has comfortable furniture, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a DVD cabinet full of DVDs as well as games to enjoy. The second dining area is in the glass conservatory (balcony closed with glass) with a built-in braai as well as a magnificent view over the bay and surrounds.

Next to the first dining area is the spacious kitchen with breakfast nook which is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge/freezer. Also a stove top with extractor fan, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, crockery, dishes, as well as silverware, pots and pans and a coffee maker. In addition there is a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Die huis is teen ‘n helling gebou op twee vlakke. Daar is ‘n groot tuin met trappe vanaf die huis wat al teen die helling af deur die tuin loop tot by die voorhekkie.

Die perfekte vakansiebestemming vir ‘n groot familie met 5 slaapkamers wat altesaam 10 gaste kan huisves.

Twee van die slaapkamers in die hoofhuis is toegerus met dubbelbeddens en die ander een met 2 enkelbeddens. So daar kan 6 mense in die hoofhuis slaap. Die ander twee kamers is in die klein wooneenhede op die onderste vlak wat elk 2 enkelbeddens het. So is daar ook 2.5 badkamers.

Die huis het 2 leefareas en so ook 2 eetareas. In die een leefvertrek is ‘n platskerm televisie, ‘n kaggel, boekrak met boeke en is langs ‘n eetgedeelte in ‘n oopplanopset. Die ander leefvertrek het gemaklike meubels, platskerm TV, DVD-speler en so ook DVD’s en speletjies. Die tweede eetruimte is op die balkon wat met glas toegemaak is en daar is ook ‘n ingeboude braaiplek.

Langs die eerste eetruimte is die ruim kombuis met ‘n ontbyttoonbank. Die kombuis is toegerus vir selfsorg met ‘n yskas/vrieskas, stooftop met ‘n lugsuiweringsapparaat, oond, ketel en so ook ‘n broodrooster. Verder is daar ‘n mikrogolfoond, breekgoed, messegoed, bakke, potte en panne en so ook ‘n koffiemaker. Dan is daar ook nog ‘n wasplek met ‘n skottelgoedwasser, wasmasjien, tuimeldroër en so ook ‘n yster.
