Annually on 31 December the Still Bay NSRI 10km run happens from the Still Bay harbour and is open to all runners, joggers and walkers. The 10km run starts and finishes at the NSRI building (National Sea Rescue Institute) at the entrance to the Still Bay harbour. The route is on hiking trails following streams, the lagoon, the beach as well as through dune bush.
